Acrylate: pure liquid, ready to use when opening the cover. It is water-based and can be melted into water. It is easy to combine with the ground gap to form a solid waterproof layer. The waterproof effect is better than that of flexible mortar. After brushing, surface treatment such as roughening or sanding shall be carried out to increase the friction and make it easy to stick bricks. One component polyurethane: good elasticity, both indoor and outdoor

Although the safety performance is controlled in the list of environmental protection requirements, the smell of this waterproof coating is large, which is difficult for ordinary people to accept, and the environmental protection performance of very few brands does not meet the standard. In waterproofing coatings, the difference between "one component" and "two components" is that the mortar is a two component polymer, which is made up of emulsion and mortar. Acrylate and polyurethane are single component without mortar ratio.

 

In addition, the drying speed of these coatings is affected by the climate. The drying speed is relatively slow in the humid and cold climate, but the climate has no effect on the waterproof effect. Generally, the drying cycle of mortar is 24 hours, and that of acrylate and polyurethane is 24-48 hours.
